Public Notice TOWNSHIP OF NUTLEY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that on the 15th day of September 2025, at 7:30 P.M., a hearing will be held before the Township of Nutley Zoning Board of Adjustment and Members of the Public to appeal the application of the undersigned for a variance or other relief to construct an addition on to the existing dwelling, having an 11.5' front yard setback to the street side other on Vreeland Avenue on the premises located at 19 Sylvan Place and designated as Block/Lot: 4904/5 on the Township of Nutley Zoning Map. Any interested person may appear, either in person or by agent or attorney, to object to the granting of an application. Documents and plans regarding the applications can be inspected at the Building Department, 1 Kennedy Drive, Nutley, NJ during regular business hours any day prior to the hearing date.
