Public Notice Public notice is hereby given that Steckbeck Engineering & Surveying, Inc. (SESI) is planning to submit a Public Water Supply Permit Amendment Application to the PA DEP on behalf of Bell & Evans, 520 Chestnut Hill Road, Fredericksburg, PA 17026. The Project includes development of a groundwater source (PW-5) and construction of a pipeline to convey raw well water to Bell & Evans Plant 3 on Chestnut Hill Road. The additional well water shall support growth in poultry product sales, reduce reliance on the FSWA Public Water System, and support other Bell & Evans facilities.
