Public Notice 2025 General Election will be held on November 4, 2025. The deadline to register to vote or apply for an absentee ballot by mail is October 24. In Person Early Voting begins September 19 and will end November 1. Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Early voting will be available the two Saturdays prior to Election Day, same hours. Early voting is available to everyone; no excuse required! Note: Early voting availability will follow the schedule set by the City of Staunton for holidays/inclement weather. To vote on Election Day report to your precinct from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sample ballots are available online and in the office.
