CenterPoint Energy is submitting an NOI letter to notify Vanderburgh and Posey Counties and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 and 327 IAC 15-13, to discharge storm water from the construction activities for the following project: 16" SW6160 Kasson to Copperline Pressure Test. The project will upgrade an existing natural gas pipeline. The project is located in Center and German townships in Vanderburgh County and within Robinson township in Posey County, Indiana. Runoff from this project will discharge to Neu and Little Creek and Ohio River. Questions or comments should be directed to:
