Take notice that the undersigned has applied to the Joint Land Use Board of the Borough of Lindenwold for a minor site plan to contruct a 12'x 14' addition to an existing detached garage to allow for more storage and to use the area as a personal work out area and gym. Together with any bulk or use variance relief, or any other waivers, exceptions or approvals required, if any, which are interpreted to be required for minor site plan approval to be built at 430 Walnut Avenue E., Lindenwold, NJ 08021, Block 102.02, Lot 27.
A public hearing will be held on 9/25/2025 at 6:00pm in the Borough Hall, Lindenwold, NJ at which time you may appear either in person or by attorney and present any objections you may have to this petition. This application and supporting documents are on file in the office of the Board Secretary and are available for inspection during normal business hours.
