Public Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Briarcliff Manor, New York, will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 6, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. in the William J. Vescio Community Center, 1 Library Road, Briarcliff Manor, at which time all persons with interest will be heard for and against an appeal by Oriento and Rosamaria Vitiello property located at 41 Hickory Road identified on Village tax maps as Section 98, Plate 15, Block 1, and Lot 17, for an application to install a new above-ground swimming pool at an existing single-family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Section 220.9, Regulations of Swimming Pools; paragraph B. (1) which requires that a pool be located on a lot consisting of 30,000 square feet in area and 25.912 square feet is proposed. The public will have an opportunity to attend the hearing in person or view and hear the meeting live and provide comments via Zoom videoconferencing. The public hearing will be recorded.
