Public Notice Take notice that M&L Development, LLC has applied to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), Division of Land Use Regulation, for the following permits: Freshwater Wetlands Individual PermitFlood Hazard Area Individual PermitCAFRA Individual Permit The application pertains to property located at Block 146, Lot 13.04, in the Township of Hazlet, Monmouth County, NJ. The proposed project includes construction of a 19-lot trailer park, a central office, and recreation area. The project will also enhance and expand existing degraded wetlands, with the enhanced area to be permanently preserved and dedicated as Green Acres land. This will create a contiguous environmental corridor connecting Waackaack Creek to Raritan Bay.
