Public Notice Foxlane Homes (13315 Mercer Street, Carmel, IN 46032) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with Marketplace Townhomes, located in Boone County, Indiana. More specifically, the project is located at 3895 Marketplace Drive, Zionsville, Indiana, part of Section 24, Township 18 North, Range 2 East. Cox Creek will receive run-off from the project site.
