Public Notice Duke Energy Business Services, LLC proposes the construction of a 60.7 meter AGL overall height lattice type telecommunications tower and associated ground equipment to be located at 703 Neal Hawkins Rd, Gastonia, North Carolina 28056 (Gaston County). The proposed communications tower will be located at latitude: 35° 13' 25.7" N, longitude: 081° 11' 30.1" W (NAD 83) and will not have any lighting system. The proposed communications tower can be identified by FCC Form 854 File Number A1339486. Interested persons may review the application by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering the FCC Form 854 File Number A1339486. Interested persons may raise environmental concerns about the structure by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission.
