Public Notice PUBLIC NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY The City of Indianapolis – Department of Public Works (200 E. Washington St., Suite 1401; Indianapolis, IN 46204) is submitting a Notice of Intent, notifying the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP) to discharge stormwater from construction activities for the following project: West Washington St. Improvement Project. Work consists of roadway reconstruction, including stormwater control improvements and new sidewalks. Project begins at Lynhurst Dr. and extends northeast to terminate at Holt Rd.
