PUBLIC NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE, that on the October 21, 2025 at 7pm, a hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of North Brunswick at the Court Room of the Municipal Building at 710 Hermann Road, North Brunswick, New Jersey 08902 on the application for development of the undersigned, Julie Langsam, so as to permit construction of a 137 sq. ft. kitchen addition to the rear of the existing single-family dwelling. The addition is 13'.7" by 10'. The subject property is a single-family dwelling located in the R-2 Single Family Residential Zoning District. A single-family dwelling is a permitted use in the zone. This proposed construction requires the following relief:
