Public Notice Public Notification – Addendum #2 Citizens Energy Group Martindale-Brightwood Lead Service Line Replacement Program Obtain Assistance from the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Loan Program Notice is hereby given that Addendum #2 to the Preliminary Engineering Report for Citizens Energy Group's ("Citizens") Martindale-Brightwood Lead Service Line Replacement Program has been submitted to the State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan program originally on May 30, 2024 and was revised on October 4, 2024. An addendum was recorded in January of 2025 to add funds to replace aging water mains in the Martindale Brightwood neighborhood. This second addendum includes the replacement of aging water mains in the Devon and Meadows neighborhoods in coordination and advance of a planned City paving project and aging water mains in the Near Northwest Riverside neighborhood in coordination with replacement of lead service lines. The original SRF loan amount will remain unchanged. These improvements should begin in fall 2026.
