Farrah Sr has made application to the Eatontown Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment for a variance to permit a rear 1 story addition, a second floor addition with a height of 26.10' and a covered front porch addition to an existing non-conforming structure, the proposed additions will expand and/or intensify the existing non-conformity.Requiring a variance. 1.
