Public Notice Duke Energy (1000 E. Main St., Plainfield, IN 46168) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit in order to discharge stormwater from a project construction and land disturbing activity. This planned discharge is associated with the Duke Energy 13819 GLT Project located in unincorporated Tippecanoe County, Indiana. The starting point for the Project is 40.280439, -86.834434. The storm water runoff from the Project will discharge via sheet flow to Resser Ditch and the East Branch Wea Creek. Stormwater will ultimately discharge to the Wabash River via Wea Creek.
