NO. 03-25-SP Application of John Buzzeo & Carol Coleman, Executors of the Estate of Tomasina Buzzeo, 17 Orchard Drive, South Salem, NY 10590 for a renewal of a Special Permit pursuant to Article V, Section 220-38 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow the Storage of Contractor's Equipment. The property is located on the east side of Orchard Drive, designated on the Tax Map as Sheet 34A, Block 11827, Lot 9, in an R-1/2A, One-Half-Acre Residential District consisting of approximately 0.844 acres.
