Public Notice BEFORE THE STATE OIL AND GAS BOARD OF MISSISSIPPI RE:PETITION OF PISTOL RIDGE PARTNERS, LLC. FOR AN EXTENSION OF INACTIVE WELL STATUSUNDER STATEWIDE RULE 28 FOR WELL LOCATED IN PISTOL RIDGE FIELD IN PEARLRIVER COUNTIES MISSISSIPPI. DOCKET NO.­­­­­ 394-2025-D PUBLIC NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that Pistol Ridge Partners, LLC. ("Petitioner") has filed a Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under Statewide Rule 28 for the Crosby 6-20 #1 in Section 06, T1S, R13W, Forrest County, Mississippi and P.E. Norris 1-A in Section 12, T1S, R14W, McKinney etal Unit #2 in Section 03, T1S, R14W, Delphi Oil 12-2 #1 in Section 12, T1S, R14W, Delphi 1-17-1 and, Delphi Oil 3-7 1 in Section 03, T1S, R14W Pearl River County, Mississippi in the referenced field as identified on Exhibit "A" to the petition and for together relief as set forth in the Petition. The Petition in this matter is on file in the records in the office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined. The Petition will be heard by said Board at 09:00 am on the 19th day of November 2025 at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E., Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest, said matter. If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday November 11, 2025, which is seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance. You are advised the Board may adopt an order concerning a Petition, which may differ from the relief requested by Petitioner and the Board will enter such order or orders as its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.
