Public Notice PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 7:00 PM the combined Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Rocky Hill (the "Board") will hold a virtual hearing to consider the application (the "Application") of Steven DeRochi (the "Applicant") for his property (the "Property") with a street address of 25 Washington Street, Rocky Hill, NJ 08553, designated as Block 5, Lots 7.01 on the Borough of Rocky Hill (the "Borough") Tax Map. The Property is located in the Borough's R-1 Zoning District. The Application is for variance relief to permit the conversion of an existing barn and construction of an addition thereto to serve as a small apartment for a senior family member which will together constitute a second dwelling unit on a single-family lot.
