Public Notice Duke Energy (139 East 4th Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Indiana Construction Stormwater General Permit in order to discharge storm water from a project construction activity. This planned discharge is associated with the 13829 AP Project in the City of Bedford and unincorporated Lawrence County, Indiana. The approximate starting point for the Project is an existing entrance at 38.8832780, -86.4997521. The storm water runoff from this project will discharge via sheet flow to Salt Creek and ultimately to the Ohio River by way of the East Fork White River.
