Public Notice This notice is intended to inform the residents of Louisville/Jefferson County, KY that The Haven Ministries, Inc. is in the process of closing out the New Dawning House Recovery Housing Construction Project. The project was funded in part by the Kentucky Community Development Block Grant Program–Recovery Housing Program. A public hearing will be held at Cup of Joy, 2507 Bank Street, Louisville, KY 40212, on Dec 2, 2025 (Tuesday) at 4:00 PM. The purpose of this hearing is to review past use of funds and program performance.
