Public Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Mt. Pleasant on Thursday Evening December 4, 2025 at 7:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, at Town Hall located at One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla NY for the application of John Marzec (Owner) of premises located at 15 Chestnut Street, Pleasantville, NY seeking approval of Steep Slopes application # SS 25-08 for the construction of a retaining wall to level more of the rear and side yard for recreation, a greenhouse, water harvesting system and storm water mitigation. The subject parcel is in the R-10 Zoning District and is designated on the Tax Assessment Maps of the Town of Mount Pleasant as Section 106.3, Block 3, Lot 80. At this hearing, all interested persons whether in favor or in opposition will have an opportunity to be heard.
