Blanton has filed a petition with the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi under Docket No. 312-2025-D requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under Statewide Rule 28, and for other relief as set forth in the petition, for the following wells.Franklin 4-10 No.2 Well (API Wells No. 23-041-20087)Section 4, Township 4 North, Range 8 WestNorth Sand Hill Field, Greene County, Mississippi The Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 O'clock A.M., Central Standard Time, on Wednesday, the 17th day of December 2025, in the Hearing Room of the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi, 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E. Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and place you may appear, and contest said matter. If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance you must notify the Board and the petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 P.M., Central Standard Time, on Tuesday, the 9th day of December 2025 (seven) (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure to so notify the Board and the petitioner's representative shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request continuance.
