Public Notice IMPORTANT NOTICE INTENDED APPLICATION BY JS CRESVALE CAPITAL LIMITED TO PAY ALL ITS UNCLAIMED CLIENTS' ASSETS TO THE HIGH COURT OF HONG KONG On 23 August 2023, JS Cresvale Capital Limited ("JS") had served its clients a written notice to their last known correspondence addresses, informing each of them that JS intended to cease its business activities and terminate its brokerage services in Hong Kong (the "Business Cessation") on 25 September 2023, and requesting them to withdraw and/or collect all cash balances, securities and such other assets under their securities accounts established and maintained with JS (the "Accounts"); and/or transfer all cash balances, securities or such other assets thereunder to other intermediary at their own costs and expenses (as the case maybe). Further, due to the adjustment of the Business Cessation effective date, JS had served various written notices to all of its clients at their last known correspondence addresses respectively on 19 October 2023, 16 November 2023, 11 January 2024, 31 January 2024, 7 March 2024, 26 April 2024, 26 August 2024, 27 September 2024, 30 October 2024, 28 November 2024, 20 February 2025 and 25 April 2025, reminding each of them of the Business Cessation, and inviting them to provide JS with a written direction as to how to deal with the cash balances, securities and such other assets under the Accounts held by JS on their behalf. JS now intends to apply to the High Court of Hong Kong (the "High Court") for a transfer of all its unclaimed clients' assets to the High Court pursuant to sections 56 and 62 of the Trustee Ordinance (Cap. 29 of the Laws of Hong Kong) on or after 29 January 2026. JS hereby invites those clients, who have not given a written direction or instruction to JS to deal with their cash balances, securities and such other assets under the Accounts, to contact JS immediately. Failing which, the clients may be required to make application to the High Court for claiming of their assets which have been transferred to the High Court.
