Richard Farrah was granted variances on December 8, 2025 in order to construct an addition on Block 2601, Lot 12, in the Borough of Eatontown. The variances are: 1) Minimum lot area where 10,000 sq. ft. is required, existing is 7,500 sq. ft. and no change proposed; 2) Minimum front yard setback where 30 ft is required, existing is 25 ft. and 16.8' ft. granted (porch addition); 3) Building coverage maximum is 25%, existing is 22.4% and granted is 31.3%; 4) Impervious coverage of 48% is maximum, existing is 33% and 53.6% is granted; 5) Front yd impervious coverage maximum is 13%, existing is 20.5% and 42.2% is granted. The determination of the Zoning Board of Adjustment is on file at the Zoning Board Office in Borough Hall located at 47 Broad Street, Eatontown, NJ 07724 and is available for inspection during the business hours of 9:00 a.m. thru 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
