NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Mt. Pleasant on Wednesday Evening January 7th, 2026 at 7:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, at Town Hall located at One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla NY for the application of Damian Holynskyj (Applicant) / Kensico Cemetery (Owner) of parcel located at 273 Lakeview Drive, Hawthorne, NY 10532. Applicant is seeking approval of Wetlands Application # W 24-04 for the proposed habitat restoration and the development of a recreational pathway for cemetery visitors within an approximate 5-acre portion of the Kensico Cemetery. Parcel is in the R-20 Zoning District and is identified on the Tax Assessment Map of the Town of Mt. Pleasant as SBL 117.18-1-1
