NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that 1) the City of Buckeye Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 and 2) the City of Buckey City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday February 3, 2025. Both hearings will be held at the City Council Chambers, located at 530 E Monroe Avenue at 6:00 p.m., for the purpose of hearing all persons for or against the following request:
Case No. PLZM-25-0107: Request by Fortescue for the approval of a Stipulation Modification to remove a development restriction on Parcel 401-66-038 and allow any use consistent with the heavy industrial (I2) zoning designation. The parcel is located at 28400 W Patterson Road, situated within the south half of Section 4, Township 3 South, Range 4 West, Gila and Salt River Meridian, City of Buckeye, Arizona.
