Public Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Administrator of this succession has petitioned the Court for authority to compromise a claim in favor of the succession and accept settlement funds, and to authorize payment of the debts of the Decedent's estate, as detailed in the Tableau of Distribution. Furthermore, the Administrator seeks the authority to deposit into the registry of the court, the interests of the Decedent's three minor children: Anolis Jones, Anthona Jones, and Anthony Jones, Jr., as they have proven to be absent heirs. All persons interested in the estate, including creditors, heirs, legatees, and others are hereby notified that the filed Petition along with the Tableau of Distribution can be homologated after the expiration of seven (7) days from the date of this publication and any opposition to either must be filed to the Clerk of Court of Terrebonne Parish at 7856 Main St., Houma, LA 70360, prior to homologation.
