Public Notice BEFORE THE STATE OIL AND GAS BOARD OF MISSISSIPPI RE:PETITION OF PISTOL RIDGE PARTNERS, LLC. FOR AN EXTENSION OF INACTIVE WELL STATUS UNDER STATEWIDE RULE 28 FOR WELLS LOCATED IN DEXTER FIELD IN WALTHALL COUNTY MISSISSIPPI. DOCKET NO. 022-2026-D PUBLIC NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that Pistol Ridge Partners, LLC. ("Petitioner") has filed a Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under Statewide Rule 28 for Pittman C 1, api 2314700162 Section 1, T1N, R12E, Morris 1, api 2314720208 Section 36, T2N R 12E, CET 1, api 2314720228, Section 12, T1N, R12E Walthall County, Mississippi and in the referenced field as identified on Exhibit "A" to the petition and for together relief as set forth in the Petition. The Petition in this matter is on file in the records in the office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined. The Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 am. On the 21st day of January 2026 at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E., Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest, said matter. If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday January 13, 2026, which is seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance. You are advised the Board may adopt an order concerning a Petition, which may differ from the relief requested by Petitioner and the Board will enter such order or orders as its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.
