Mount Kisco, New York will hold a Public Hearing on the 22nd day of January 2026 at the Municipal Building, Mount Kisco, New York, beginning at 7:00 PM pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance on the Appeal of ESB. INK, 81 Meyersville Road, Chatham, NJ 07928 from the decision of Peter J. Miley, Building Inspector, denying the application dated to permit the alteration of the site. The property involved is known as 63 Moore Ave and described on the Village Tax Map as Section 81.41 Block 3 Lot 21 and is located on the North side of Moore Ave in a RT-6 Zoning District. Said Appeal is being made to obtain a variance from Section(s) 110-11.C(1)(c) + 110-11-B(1) of the Code of the Village/Town of Mount Kisco, which requires maximum lot coverage of 40% and 1+2 Family Residential uses on a lot
