Public Notice NOTICE CITY OF PATERSON COUNTY OF PASSAIC PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That St. Joseph's Catholic Church (the "Applicant") has filed an application for development with the Planning Board of the City of Paterson, County of Passaic , New Jersey for the following: (1) minor subdivision consolidation with bulk, and other variances where the applicant is the owner of both properties 279-281 Carroll Street; Block 4101, Lot 31 & 10-14 Olive Street; Block 4101, Lot 32 and proposes to merge both Lot 31 and Lot 32 by removing a common lot line and create one continuous lot of 19,250 square feet. Applicant separately requests design exceptions/waivers as well as such other variances, waivers and any other relief which may result from requested change to the site plan as requested by the Planning Board as well as any other relief which in the opinion of the Planning Board may be needed. A public hearing has been set down for January 21st, 2026, at 6:30 P.M., and will be held at Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 155 Market St, Paterson, NJ. When the case is called members of the public may appear either in person, or by agent or attorney and present any objections which members of the public may have to the granting of the relief sought in the application for development.
