GIARDINA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Donna Chabaud, the duly appointed Administrator of Dane K. Giardina's estate, will petition the Court for authority to sell the following described residential immovable property at private sale: 43054 Weber City Rd., Gonzales, LA 70737 for the sum of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVEAND 00/100 ($235,000) DOLLARS, the purchase price will be paid in cash when the Act of Sale is passed. NOTICE IS NOW GIVEN TO ALL PARTIES, including but not limited to, any heir or creditor of the Decedent, that a written opposition to the proposed appointment, or any claims as creditor, must be filed within seven (7) calendar days from the publication date of this Notice.
