Newcastle Road, Lafayette, IN 47901, (Tax ID: 79-12-07-100-024.000-012 & 79-12-07-100-023.000-012) as Right-of-Way for the Upper Elliott Ditch: Phase 1 Project, and will need to acquire the following from you: 0.40 acres of Perpetual Watermain Easement and 0.0465 acres of Perpetual Sanitary Sewer Easement. The City has made you a formal Offer for this property (or interest) that is now on file in the Clerk's Office in the County Court House. Please pick up the Offer. If you do not respond to this notice, or accept the Offer by February 20 , 2026, the City of Lafayette, Indiana shall file a suit to condemn the property or interest.
