A Public Hearing will be held by the Land Use Board of the Borough of Westville on February 2, 2026 at 6:00P.M. in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building located at 165 Broadway, Westville, New Jersey.
The object of this hearing will be to consider an application for a variance by the undersigned appellant for the following relief: the applicant seeks a minor site plan appproval for a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, primarily in a take-out capacity and a bulk variance from Section 205-49 of the Borough of Westville's Code to allow the pre-existing non-conforming lot size of the property of 4,824.50 square feet where 6000 square feet is required, as well as any waivers, variances or approvals if determined to be required to receive mnor site plan approval.
The property which is the subject of the hearing is located at 183 Broadway, Westville, New Jersey 08093, also know as Block No. 34, Lot No. 40, on the Tax Map of the Borough of Westville.
The Appellant will also request any and all other variances, waivers and relief required by the Land Use Board and/or by the Board's Professionals for approval of the application.
Documents and/or maps pertaining to the above may be examined in the Brough of Wesville Municpal Building, located at 165 Broadway between the hours of 8:00A.M. until 4:00P.M. (Monday-Friday) any business day.
