Public Notice Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process-Public Participation in accordance with the FCC's Nationwide Programmatic Agreement. FELHC intends to construct a communications facility at 30 Rhea Street, Freehold, Monmouth County, New Jersey (Latitude: 40° 16' 00.39" N and Longitude: -74° 17' 04.82" W). The facility will include a 180 ft. monopole telecommunications tower with an overall height of 188 ft. and associated equipment. FELHC is publishing this notice in accordance with Federal Communications Commission regulations (47 CFR § 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
