Public Notice Please take notice that an application has been made to the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Township of Little Egg Harbor, in the County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, affecting the property known as Block 280, Lot 8, also known as 457 Stage Road Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087. This notice is being sent to an owner of property within 200 feet of the subject property. The purpose of this application is as follows: Requesting a variance to the local ordinance 215-7.145 of any accessory building gross floor area exceeding 900' sf. to a sought gross floor area of 2880 sf. on an accessory structure (Garage/Pole Barn) Requesting a variance to the local ordinance 215-7.14B of 15-foot maximum height to a sought height of 21.5-foot maximum height on an accessory structure (Garage/Pole Barn), and all other necessary variances and waivers. All documents pertaining to this application are on file in the Municipal Clerk's Office, Township of Little Egg Harbor, Municipal Building, 665 Radio Road, Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey, and may be inspected during normal business hours. For the purpose of hearing objections to or protest against the granting of said application, the Township of Little Egg Harbor Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on February 11th, 2026 at 7:00 pm. sharp at the Municipal Building, 665 Radio Road, Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey, and when the calendar is called you may appear in person or by your attorney and present any objection which you may have to the granting of this application.
