Public Notice PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 5th of March, 2026, at the Plumsted Municipal Building, 121 Evergreen Rd, New Egypt, NJ 08533 the Township of Plumsted Land Use Board will hold a hearing on the application for Russell and Carissa Mecionis, at which time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Said meeting will take place at 7:30 P.M. The location of the site in question is in the C-4 Commercial Zone, Block 17, Lot 19, more commonly known as 7 Evergreen Rd. The Applicant is proposing to construct an addition to their residence that will ultimately result in a 6' wide addition to the south side of the house and 2' addition to rear east side of the residence. At the same time or a future date the barn will possibly be attached to the existing structure and also adding 8' to the front south side of the existing barn. The Applicant is requesting the following variances: and any other variances and/or design waivers that the Plumsted Planning Board of Adjustment may deem appropriate and proper for the purpose of demolishing the existing structure and constructing a single family dwelling.
