PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Hardwick Township Land Use Board for bulk variance approval for the construction of a 40' x 40' detached residential garage on property located at 21 Jones Lane, Hardwick Township, New Jersey 07825, and designated as Block 1003, Lot 7.04 on the municipal tax map.
The application requests relief from the required side yard setback where 45 feet is required and 22 feet is proposed.
The public hearing on this application will be held at the Hardwick Township Municipal Building, 40 Spring Valley Road, Hardwick Township, New Jersey 07825, on March 12, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
All documents relating to this application are available for public inspection at the Hardwick Township Municipal Building during normal business hours.
