Public Notice Premier Pond Services Inc. (PPS) proposes to chemically treat select areas on the below listed waterbodies for aquatic plants and/or algae. PPS will perform these treatments, as necessary, from April-September annually. Warning signs will be posted at the time of treatment which will include all water use restrictions that may be present. Waterbodies and acreage included in this notice are: Pond, 1.0 acres Located at T20N S04 R14E Pond, 1.31 acres Located at T24N S05 R17E Pond, 0.52 acres Located at T21N S18 R17E Pond, 2.0 acres Located at T 22N S20 R18E PPS will hold an informational public meeting on the proposed treatments if five or more individuals, organizations, or units of government request one in writing within five days of this publication. The person or entity requesting a meeting shall state a specific agenda of topics including problems and alternatives to be discussed.
