Public Notice Premier Pond Services Inc. (PPS) proposes to chemically treat select areas on the below listed waterbodies for aquatic plants and/or algae. PPS will perform these treatments, as necessary, from April-September annually. Warning signs will be posted at the time of treatment which will include all water use restrictions that may be present. Waterbodies and acreage included in this notice are: Pond, 1.0 acres Located at T24N S05 R20E Pond, 1.34 acres Located at T23N S36 R20E Pond, 5.0 acres Located at T25N S12 R20E Pond, 0.18 acres Located at T 23N S30 R20E Pond, 1.6 acres Located at T25N S17 R20E Pond, 1.44 acres Located at T24N S25 R19E Pond, 1 acre Located at T23N S30 R21E Pond, 3.8 acres Located at T26N S36 R20E Marina, 4.5 acres Located at T27N S14 R16E PPS will hold an informational public meeting on the proposed treatments if five or more individuals, organizations, or units of government request one in writing within five days of this publication. The person or entity requesting a meeting shall state a specific agenda of topics including problems and alternatives to be discussed.
