ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT BOARD
TAKE NOTICE that on the 25th day of March, 2026 at 7:00 PM, a public hearing will be held before the Gloucester Township Zoning Board of Adjustment in the Gloucester Township Municipal Building at 1261 Chews Landing Road at Hider Lane, Blackwood, NJ 08012. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the appeal or application of the undersigned.
This application is for a Bulk "C" VARIANCE(s)
On premises Block: 20501, Lot: 1, on the Gloucester Township Tax Map, located in the R2 Zone, address is 76 Kelly Driver Road.
Current Use: Single Family Home
Proposed Use : To Construct a proposed 32'(l)x40'(w)x25'(hgt), 2,000-sf rear yard Garage/Pole Barn with an attached 18'(l)x40'(w) attached roof overhang, multiple variances requested:
1) Max Building Coverage, 21% instead of the required 20%.
2) Max Lot Coverage, 37% instead of the required 30%.
3) Garage over the allowable square footage, 1,280 instead of 800-sf.
4) Garage overall height of 25-ft instead of the allowable 14-ft.
5) Garage wall height of 12-ft instead of the allowable 9-ft.
6) Garages shall conform to a 10-ft rear yard setback 8-ft shown.
Drawings are on file at the Municipal Building located at 1261 Chews Landing Road at Hider Lane, Blackwood, NJ 08012 in the Office of Community Development and Planning, and are available for inspection Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Any interested party may appear at said public hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
