The purpose of this hearing is to consider the appeal or application of the undersigned. This application is for a Bulk "C" VARIANCE(s) On premises Block: 20501, Lot: 1, on the Gloucester Township Tax Map, located in the R2 Zone, address is 76 Kelly Driver Road. Current Use: Single Family Home Proposed Use : To Construct a proposed 32'(l)x40'(w)x25'(hgt), 2,000-sf rear yard Garage/Pole Barn with an attached 18'(l)x40'(w) attached roof overhang, multiple variances requested: 1) Max Building Coverage, 21% instead of the required 20%. 2) Max Lot Coverage, 37% instead of the required 30%. 3) Garage over the allowable square footage, 1,280 instead of 800-sf. 4) Garage overall height of 25-ft instead of the allowable 14-ft. 5) Garage wall height of 12-ft instead of the allowable 9-ft. 6) Garages shall conform to a 10-ft rear yard setback 8-ft shown.
