Public Notice Pursuant to 33 U.S.C. 1341 and M.G.L. c. 21 section 43, notice is given of a 401 Water Quality Certification (WQC) dredging application for John F. Kelly, 1 Starboard Way, West Dennis, MA 02670 for a proposed dredging project in Tern Lagoon and 1 Starboard Way and 17 Surfside Way, West Dennis resulting in excavation below mean high water in the waters of Tern Lagoon, part of Weir Creek, by BRP WW 08 application for John F. Kelly, 1 Starboard Way, West Dennis, MA 02670 for the purpose of improving water quality and navigation. Additional information about this project may be obtained from Robert M. Written comments on the 401 WQC must be sent within twenty-one (21) days of this notice to: DEP-DWW, Attn David Wong, One Winter Street, Boston, MA 02108 -Tel. 617-874-7155. Any group of ten persons, any aggrieved person, or any governmental body or private organization with a mandate to protect the environment who submits written comments may appeal the Department's Certification.
