Public Notice TOWNSHIP OF MAHWAH ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Henry Cortes has made an application to the Mahwah Board of Adjustment and the hearing will be held on Wednesday the 18th day of March 2026, at 7:30 pm. The meeting will be held at Mahwah Municipal Building in the Honorable Anthony J. Gianni R. Courtroom Chambers located at 475 Corporate Drive, Mahwah, New Jersey. The application is for accessary structure pool house that will require a C200 Conservation zone Limit of Disturbance variance, Docket#1457-19A for the premises located at 186 Halifax Road, Mahwah, NJ 07430, Block 1, Lot 126. In addition to the foregoing, the applicant will also seek all other variances, waivers, deviations or exceptions the Board deems to be required. The application and related maps, papers are on file and may be available for inspection 24 hours in advance of meeting for any changes and at the Mahwah Township Board of Adjustment Office at located at 475 Corporate Drive, Mahwah, NJ 07430 during business hours and/or on the Township website (www.mahwahtwp.org) can be checked 24 hours in advance of meeting.
