Public Notice PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Danielle McGrath-Headley shall appear before the Borough of Audubon Joint Land Use Board on March 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Borough of Audubon Municipal Complex, 606 W. Nicholson Road, Audubon, New Jersey 08106 for the purpose of presenting an application for Variance permitting Inground Pool for the property known as Block—106 Lot 2 on the Tax Map of the Borough of Audubon and which is more commonly known as 417 Cedarcroft Ave, Audubon, New Jersey. The applicant will also request any and all other approvals, variances and submission and design waivers that may be required. The application and all associated documents may be reviewed in the office of the Joint Land Use Board at the Borough Hall of the Borough of Audubon between regular business hours. The Joint Land Use Board may continue the application and you are advised to contact the Borough of Audubon Office of the Joint Land Use in order to confirm the date and time of the hearing.
