Public Notice Qcells USA Corp. (300 Spectrum Center Drive, STE 500, Irvine, CA 92618) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Reclamation Solar Tree Clearing project centered at the intersection of C.R. 1200 E and 1100 E. The northernmost boundary is Claybank Road, the westernmost is 1100 E, southernmost is E 600 S and an unnamed mine road, and the eastern most is the Pike County Line.
