Public Notice
Please take notice that Daniel Schmidt and Kurtis Hiatt (collectively, the "Applicants") have filed an application for development with the Borough of Haddonfield Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Board") regarding property located at 100 Homestead Avenue, Haddonfield, NJ, 08033, designated as Block 91.05, Lot 4.05 on the municipal tax map. The Applicants seek variance to expand the current second floor over an existing first floor footprint.
The Applicants request approval of the following variances from the terms of Haddonfield Land Development Ordinance Chapter 135, Section 30 D (2) (b) Minimum One Side Yard (12' required, 6.4' requested), D (2) (c) Minimum Combined Side Yards (30' required, 17.94' requested) of the code of the Borough of Haddonfield in order to construct proposed work here. The proposed construction would encroach the mandatory side yard setbacks within the R7 zone.
The Applicant also requests any and all other variances, interpretations, waivers, ordinance exceptions, or the continuance of any prior lawfully, pre-existing non-conforming conditions which may be required in order to permit the proposed development.
The application shall be considered by the Board on March 17, 2026, at 7:00PM in the Auditorium of the Municipal Hall, 242 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, NJ, 08033, at which time you may appear either in person or through an attorney and present any objection that you many have in granting this application. A copy of the application and supporting documentation is on file in the Board's office located at 242 Kings Highway East, Municipal Hall, Room 104, Haddonfield, NJ, 08033, during regular business hours.
