Public Notice BEFORE THE STATE OIL AND GAS BOARD OF MISSISSIPPI RE: PETITION OF SKYE MS, LLC FOR AN EXTENSION OF INACTIVE WELL STATUS UNDER STATEWIDE RULE 28 FOR THE LAURA WALTERS 8-11 NO. 1 WELL LOCATED IN MAXIE FIELD, FORREST COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI DOCKET NO. 109-2026-D To all owners and persons interested in the Maxie Field in Forrest County, Mississippi. TAKE NOTICE that Skye MS, LLC, has filed a Petition with the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi under Docket No. 109-2026-D requesting the Board to grant an extension of the inactive well status under Rule 28 for the Laura Walters 8-11 No. 1 Well having API No. 23-035-00456 located in Section 8, Township 1 South, Range 12 West, Maxie Field, Forrest County, Mississippi. This Petition will be heard by the Board at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on the 15th day of April 2026, at the Mississippi State Oil & Gas Board, 500 Greymont Ave., Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and place you may appear, and contest said matter. If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance, you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, being seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance. You are advised the Board may adopt orders concerning a petition which may differ from the relief requested by the Petitioner and the Board will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.
