Public Notice INVITATION TO BID BID #PCFACC 26-01 Pollution Control Financing Authority LOCKER ROOM, REST ROOM AND LUNCH ROOM IMPROVEMENTS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Bid PCFACC 26-01 for a Locker Room, Rest Room and Lunch Room Improvements, will be received, opened and read in public at the Pennsauken Sanitary Landfill, 9600 River Road, Pennsauken, NJ 08110 on Friday April 17 at 12pm prevailing time by the Executive Director of the Pollution Control Financing Authority of Camden County ("PCFACC") or his designee. Copies of thebid documents may be obtained at the Pollution Control Financing Authority of Camden County/ Pennsauken Sanitary Landfill, during regular business hours. Proposers can register to download all documents from the Camden County website: http://www.camdencounty.com/service/purchasing-and-procurements/ Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1999, c.238, (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq.) where applicable. There will be an optional pre-bid meeting at the above address on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 1PM EST All bidders are responsible for obtaining complete bid documentation from the PCFACC at the address listed above.
