Public Notice BEFORE THE STATE OIL AND GAS BOARD OF MISSISSIPPI RE: PETITION OF TORTUGA ENERGY USA, INC. FOR AN EXTENSION OF INACTIVE WELL STATUS UNDER STATEWIDE RULE 28 FOR THE BURKLEY-PHILLIPS NO. 1 WELL LOCATED IN JEFFERSON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI DOCKET NO. 111-2026-D To all owners and persons interested in Jefferson County, Mississippi. TAKE NOTICE that Tortuga Energy USA, Inc. has filed a Petition with the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi under Docket No. 111-2026-D requesting the Board to grant an extension of the inactive well status under Rule 28 for the Burkley-Phillips No. 1 Well (API 2306320490) located in Section 23, T10N-R2W, Jefferson County, Mississippi. The Petition will be heard by the Board at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on the 15th day of April 2026, at 500 E. Greymont Ave., STE E, Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter. If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance, you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026, being seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure to notify the Board and the Petitioner shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance. You are advised the Board may adopt orders concerning a petition which may differ from the relief requested by the Petitioner and the Board will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.
