Public Notice: Legacy Bank & Trust Company (1500 North Main Street, Mountain Grove, MO) intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to establish a branch at 5705 E 71st St Suite 100 Tulsa, OK 74136. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application including the record of performance of applicant banks in helping to meet local credit needs. You are invited to submit comments in writing on this notice to the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, P.O. Box 442, St. Louis, MO 63166-0442. Comments may also be submitted electronically to comments.applications@stls.frb.org. The comment period will not end before March 27, 2026.
