Public Notice Pursuant to La. R.S. 22:691.4.E.(2) notice Is hereby given that on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, the Louisiana Department of Insurance, located at 1702 North Third Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802 will hold a public hearing concerning the acquisition of Bankers Life Insurance Company of Louisiana by DB Insurance Co Ltd and Nam Ho Kim (Individual). The Hearing will begin at 10:00 am in the Poydras Hearing room located on the first floor. Any written comments or questions must be submitted to the above address marked attention "Company Licensing" and be received no later than two days before the Hearing date.
