Public Notice BOROUGH OF BUENA LAND USE BOARD TAKE NOTICE that on the 24th day of March 2026, at 7:00 pm Borough of Buena Land Use Board at the Borough Hall, 616 Central Avenue, Minotola, New Jersey shall hold a hearing on the application of Wayne Owsley for use variance relief and minor site plan approval, and all other waivers, approvals, variances and other relief necessary to permit the Applicant to maintain two (2) existing commercial storage structures and construct a new 50' x 80' pole barn on the premises at 118 Morris Avenue, Landisville, New Jersey and designated as Block 202, Lot 8.01 on the Borough Tax Map, thereby expanding the existing non-conforming use of commercial storage within a residential zone previously approved by the Board in 2019 under Resolution No. 2019-12. The Applicant also proposes to make storm water management improvements and changes to the driveways on the premises as part of this Application.
